Supplement With Waxy Maize

Waxy maize is an exercise supplement.


Derived from natural cornstarch, waxy maize is a food grade supplement that is used by bodybuilders to get a quick carbohydrate boost immediately following a workout. Because of waxy maize's high molecular weight, claim its marketers, it moves through the stomach rapidly and is processed and assimilated into the bloodstream in the intestines much faster than most food (Reference 1). Instructions


1. Finish your weight training routine with sets of heavy muscle's pumping exercises that cause your muscles to swell and fill with blood and oxygen. Squats, bench presses, push-ups and pull-ups all work several muscle groups at once and are ideal for pumping up at the end of your workout.


2. Take one scoop of waxy maize and add it to a glass of juice or water.


3. Stir the waxy maize supplement into the water or juice until there are no clumps and the liquid has a thick consistency.


4. Drink down the waxy maize water or juice, stopping to swirl each mouthful in your mouth to pick up digestive enzymes.


5. Combine taking waxy maize with other easily digestible body building or dietary supplements.
