Set An Ironman 100lap Timex Watch

The Timex Ironman 100-Lap watch comes with directions in which each line of the text instructions is printed in eight languages. Each step is therefore kept brief to fit all the languages together. If you own an Ironman 100-Lap watch, you may find yourself needing a more detailed explanation of set the watch, which has two clocks you can set separately. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions


1. Set the time on the Timex Ironman 100-Lap watch by pressing the "Set" button (on the lower right side of the watch) for two seconds when in time-of-day mode.


2. Press the "Start/Split" button on the face of the watch to make the seconds flash. Press the "Recall" (upper right) and "Stop/Reset" (left face) buttons to change the seconds to zero.


3. Press the "Start/Split" button to make the minutes, hours, month, date and year flash. Increase the flashing digits with the "Recall" button (upper right) and decrease them with the "Stop/Reset" button (left face).


4. Press the "Start/Split" button again make the 12-24-hour display option flash. Use the "Recall" button (upper right) to toggle between the two.


5. Press the "Start/Split" button again to enter the mode to set the second clock. You should see that "T-1" in the lower right corner of the display has turned into "T-2."


6. Repeat Steps 2 through 4 for the second clock.


7. Press the "Set" button (lower-right side) at any time to save your changes and return to the time-of-day display.
