Reduce Cellulite On Thighs

One of the hardest places to reduce cellulite is on the thighs. While there isn't necessarily a magic quick fix to get rid of cellulite anywhere, following these steps can lead to a noticeable reduction of cellulite on the thighs. Does this Spark an idea?

1. Start walking, jogging, or running.


In order to get rid of cellulite, you need to start bumping up the intensity of your workout routine. Adding more cardio, or increasing the intensity of your cardio regime, can help set the foundation for both weight loss and cellulite reduction.


2. Add an uphill component to your routine, or jump on a stairmaster.


To get rid of cellulite on the thighs, you need to add an incline to your walks or jogs. Walking stairs, or using a stairclimber, can also help get rid of cellulite.


3. Build muscle to blast cellulite.


Hamstring curls are a great way to strengthen the backs of the thighs where cellulite usually resides. Again, there is no magic cure for cellulite, but building muscle where you have cellulite can help lessen it's appearance.


4. Do squats to minimize cellulite.


Squats are a great way to fight cellulite, and a droopy bum. Start doing squats on a regular basis and you might find cellulite to be a thing of the past!


5. Use a fake tanner to hide cellulite.


Sometimes, getting rid of cellulite is just not possible. In these cases, use a self tanner in order to hide the cellulite. There are also a plethora of lotions and creams that get rid of cellulite.
