An Ironman 30-Lap is a watch manufactured by Timex. The digital watch is made from silicon and is water resistant. It displays the time and date and also features a stopwatch. Instructions
1. Push the "Set" button, located on the right side of the Timex Ironman 30-Lap watch, until the second digits flash.
2. Push the "Split/Reset" button. This resets the seconds to zero.
3. Push the "Mode" button to correct the hour digits. Press the "Split/Reset" button repeatedly until the desired hour is reached. When the correct hour is displayed, push "Mode."
4. Push the "Split/Reset" button to change the minute digits. Once you land on the correct minutes, push "Mode."
5. Repeat the process of pressing the "Split/Reset" button to set the date. The date is set in a dd/mm/yy or day/month/year format.
6. Press the "Set" button to update all settings.
