Put Your Screen Vertical

Screen orientation can be changed easily.


Screen orientation on a computer can be changed to a vertical layout for working on spreadsheets or programming language as changing the angle provides ease to follow the data. If the screen layout is accidentally switched to a horizontal layout, it can easily be changed back to vertical layout. Microsoft Windows provides native options to easily change the screen orientation according to your viewing comfort. You can easily switch the screen layout via the Windows shortcut keys while using any application. Alternatively, screen layout can also be changed from the control panel options.


Instructions


1. Press "Ctrl," "Alt" and "Left Arrow" keys simultaneously to change the screen orientation to vertical layout.


2. Click "Start" button on the bottom left corner of the desktop. Type "change screen orientation" in the search bar and press the "Enter" key


3. Click the drop-down list captioned "Orientation" and select "Portrait" to set the screen to vertical layout.
