Use the Disney Cruise website as a resource to contact your favorite staff member. You may also use the site to get specific information about any aspect of cruising with Disney.

1. Log onto Disney Cruiseline's official website: Disneycrewsnews.com.
2. Click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.
3. Email the address provided. As of 2010 the contact email is DCLGuestCommunications@Disneycruises.com
4. Give specific details with your inquiry. Ask a clear and concise question about the cruise line. Or, if you're trying to contact an employee from your Disney Cruise, be sure to include their name and their position aboard the cruise.
5. Be patient as you wait for a response. It may take several days. Remember you're contacting a general address that may not be a direct route to getting the information you're looking for.
