Do A Striptease Workout

Exercise and fitness are more popular than ever and today there are many variations of get your workout done. One that is gaining popularity among not only young women, but middle-aged women, professionals and housewives alike is striptease workouts. This tutorial introduces you to the art of striptease and incorporate it into a workout.

1. Believe that sexy dancing can actually be a workout. Once thought to be relegated to exotic dancers, many women have figured out that the way they get those amazing bodies is by actually dancing. It's harder than it looks, and holding yourself on a stripper pole upside down takes incredible body strength. Don't knock it until you've tried it.


2. Practice a striptease workout where you feel comfortable. If you are shy or uncomfortable with your body, begin by learning the basics at home. There are videos such as Carmen Electra's "Aerobic Striptease Workout" and Sheila Kelley's "S Factor" that will introduce you to stripping and allow you to practice in the privacy of your own home.


3. Let go of your inhibitions. The more you practice the more you can let go of your inhibitions and really begin to work your muscles by gyrating to the music to get the full effect of a striptease workout.


4. Strike a pose. Move to the rhythm of the music, strike sexy poses that use the quads, glutes and abs on a makeshift dance floor or on a striptease pole if you have one.


5. Try a group class. You may have to search for classes through various gyms, but almost every major city has a striptease or pole dancing class. Along with feedback, you also get and give a tremendous amount of support to the other ladies attending. It's worth the drive to be able to meet and bond with other women in the class. After all you all have one thing in common, the desire to get fit and be sexy.


6. Perform a striptease for your significant other and enjoy your lean and toned body and your newly reenergized self-confidence. Striptease workouts not only enhance your body, but also your emotional health and possibly your relationships as well. When you look great, you feel great. If a woman is confident in her body, her movements are beautiful and sensual and she exhibits a wonderful aura about her that everyone around her can feel.
