Feeling a little down about your current appearance? Sometimes muffin top stomachs occur, resulting in bits of fat overlapping your clothing. It can be very unattractive and lead to poor self esteem. Luckily, there are ways to change that.

1. Start working out. It is a good idea to hit the gyms and prepare a regular routine. Stick to that routine and begin to feel good about yourself and your appearance!


2. Do a lot of cardio exercises. You'll get your heart pumping and energy will begin to burn all sorts of fat. Your muffin top will decrease rapidly!


3. Avoid things like beer, junk food, and fast food. One every once and awhile won't hurt you, but if it is a regular part of your diet, you'll definitely want to take it out.


4. Work with weights. Weight work is great at strengthening muscles.


5. Do abdominal exercises. These will help strengthen your mid-section and push the fat out.


6. Eat smaller portions of food during the day. Avoid one or two big meals a day and start snacking on smaller, healthier meals.


7. Wear clothing that fits you. You will feel better about yourself and look better appearance wise.
