Stop An Itchy Rash On The Face

Your face is covered with millions of tiny nerve endings, and if you irritate the nerve endings, your skin can begin to itch. This can be due to dry skin, poison ivy or even a skin condition such as facial psoriasis. Whatever the reason is behind your facial itching there are several different remedies available to reduce and stop the problem. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. Apply an aloe cream or gel to the itchy area of your facial skin. The aloe is going to help soothe and reduce the amount of itching you are experiencing.

2. Moisturize your skin daily. This keeps the skin hydrated and allows the skin to rejuvenate itself, eventually ridding the facial skin of the irritating rash.

3. Take a herbal supplement containing dandelion extract. Dandelions help naturally hydrate the skin and purify the blood system.

4. Consume rosemary as either supplements or food. The rosemary helps strengthen your skin and reduce the rash on your face.

5. Consult a doctor for topical creams to apply directly to the rash. These creams often contain steroids, so it is best to not use the product for an extended period of time, otherwise your body may become dependent on the product.
