Speed Up The Internet In Vista

Speeding up the Internet on your Windows Vista computer has been made very simple.


Microsoft Windows Vista was released in 2007. It was coined by Microsoft as the easiest operating system to use because of it new user-interface. For the most part that was true. Speeding up your internet connect is very easy within Windows Vista. Using the simple control panel networking settings, you can reset the network adapter.


Instructions


1. Turn on your Windows Vista computer and wait for the desktop to appear.


2. Click the "Start" button and click "Control Panel" to bring up the system settings.


3. Click "Network and Internet." Click "Network and Sharing Center." Click on "Manage Network Connections" from the far left of the menu that appears. You will see a list of your connection adapters.


4. Right-click your network adapter that you are using. If you are using wifi, it will be the wireless network connection. If it is hardwired, it will be the local area connection. Click "Disable." The adapter will be shutoff. This will recycle the connection.


5. Right-click the adapter again and click "Enable" to start the adapter again. This will completely clear the memory used by the Internet adapter, and this will make your Internet much quicker.
