You can rotate an image from horizontal to vertical to change its appearance or to create a new image.
When you take a photograph or save one from the Internet to your computer, you may want to edit it to improve its quality or change its overall appearance. If you accidentally take a photograph sideways or horizontal, you may want to rotate it vertically before posting it to image sharing sites or saving it in your collection.
