Substitute Hmr Diet Foods

The HMR (Health Management Resources) diet is a formulated diet where all of the food you consumed is prepicked and shipped to you from the HMR company. This will help you to know what foods you can and can't eat, as well as perfectly portion the foods off so you don't over eat larger portions, which in the end will sabotage your diet plans and weight loss.

Instructions

1. Decide what food you would like to substitute for the day. Whether it is dinner, breakfast or a mid meal snack. You eat three meals a day on the program, with a snack between the meals (typically a fruit cocktail or low-calorie shake)

2. Select any other item from your HMR diet food package. Although you have specially designed foods for each meal, they are all designed to have a wide assortment of nutrients as well as low calorie counts, making it all right to trade off meals. The main reason the HMR diet works is because all the food is low-fat and low-calorie. The food is also extremely low in carbs and high in lean protein, made up mostly from chicken, lean beef and skim dairy products.

3. Visit the "HMRprogram.com" website and select "Recipes." If there is a particular meal you are enjoying but don't want to consume it all at once, you may be able to prepare and cook it for yourself.

4. Avoid eating multiple meals at the same time. It is all right to substitute the food, but not to combine the food. Eating more than one meal of HMR diet food will negate any calorie savings you would have earned for the day.
