For 27 years, Casio has been manufacturing G-Shock watches that are designed to be the toughest watches on the market. In 2008, Casio began using Wave Ceptor technology, which automatically receives American Standard Time data transmitted from Fort Collins, Colo. Instructions
1. Locate and press the top-left button on the watch face labeled "Adjust." The seconds should start blinking on your watch face.
2. Locate and press the bottom left button labeled "Mode." This button allows you to scroll through which part of the time would like to adjust, such as hours or minutes. Once you have selected the target, it should begin to flash on your watch face.
3. Press the top-right button labeled "Start/Stop" or "Light on/off" to select the appropriate hour or minute.
4. Press "Adjust" again to complete setting the time on your G-Shock watch.
